Fall of 2009 SNY Region must elect a new Region Director
SNY Region will be electing a new Region Director (RD) in the 2009 fall
OEC refreshers. SNY's current RD Meg Smith has held
the office for 3 terms for a total or 6 years. Eastern Division
By-Laws states that RD s may only hold the office for no longer
than 6 years . RD position is hard work and requires a lot of
time and energy to devote to both the SNY Region and as a member of the
Eastern Division Board of Directors. SNY Region is indebted to
SNY Region Director Meg Smith for her 100s of hours of volunteer work
